Aryn Sylvester, MS, LpC

Licensed Professional Counselor

As a result of a late calling in life Aryn pursued her Masters of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix, a CACREP accredited program, and her Bachelors in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-approved Clinical Supervisor.

Aryn has served in various leadership positions in the community including being a founding member of Restore Dignity, a non-profit created to walk with others toward healing from symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress and other traumatic experiences. She facilitates a five day healing program with a team three times a year focused on healing trauma called Grief to Grace.

Aryn is an active member of the Arizona Counseling Association, receiving an award in 2020 for excellence in her field. She has training in trauma healing from Dr. Theresa Burke, Emotion-Focused Training (EFT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

Aryn believes healing is real and wants her clients to know that if they are dealing with any symptoms such as panic attacks, negative reoccurring thoughts, images, and flashbacks, feeling singled out, feeling like others just don't understand, negatives cycles of living, emotional irrational responses, dissociative episodes, inability to connect on a deep level with others, or other symptoms that seem out of your control that there is an avenue of healing and wants to walk with you to this new place. Whatever the case, healing brings the freedom to choose the good for your life.

Aryn has been happily married for over 20 years and in her spare time enjoys hiking with her kids, taking care of her chickens, and hanging out with her family, neighbors, and friends.
