Marian is a dually trained mental health and addiction specialist. For over 25 years she has held leadership positions in private practice, hospital, educational, and corporate settings. She received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and her clinical training from Stanford University Hospital. She has been published in the Psychiatric Times regarding online Psychotherapy treatment.

Marian integrates her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to assist her clients in a direction for change.

Marian specializes in Couples and Marriage Therapy, Parenting, Family, Pre-Marital Counseling and Addiction issues. She is also a trained instructor for Love and Logic parenting classes.

As a Christian, Marian believes that God gives us the strength to transform our fears to courage. While in our own life we can experience suffering, with God’s grace we are able to make all things new again.

Marian is a mother of three adult children and loves cooking, hiking, golf and travel. She treasures time with family, friends and her faith community. She has a “blast” spending time with her two year-old grandson.
