Isabella Bryant, Trauma and Resiliency Life Coach

Isabella Bryant

Certified Trauma & Resiliency Life COach

Isabella is a certified Trauma and Resiliency Life Coach who is trained in treating the effects of childhood sexual abuse and incest from the Arizona Trauma Institute. She uses a trauma-informed coaching model and is trained in somatic body-based practices. She works with clients, ages 14-25, to create the life they desire despite the trauma and adversity they have experienced.

As a coach, Isabella is gentle and non-judgmental while still being energetic and honest with her clients. Her desire is to create a safe environment for her clients where they feel seen and heard. She believes that every person can experience healing and has the capacity to change their lives for the better. For Isabella, accompanying young women on a journey toward healing and growth is a true gift in her life.

Isabella is a devout Catholic; her faith informs her view of the human person and our inherent dignity and value. She believes all women are beloved daughters of God and trusts that he has a unique plan for each and every one of us.

Isabella specializes in adolescent and young adult women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or unwanted sexual behaviors(i.e., masturbation/pornography). Isabella also specializes in working with young women who, like her, have experienced childhood sexual abuse. She has curated a five-step process that teaches self-regulation, constructs a strong identity, organizes a clear vision, dismantles negative behavior patterns, and builds resiliency.

Isabella is the 4th of 8 children and a favorite auntie to 11 nieces and nephews! She is very outgoing and loves meeting new people and experiencing new things. She spent her early adult life living in Los Angeles and working for the pro-life non-profit Live Action. She currently enjoys volunteering with St. Timothy Catholic Church as a core member of their Life Teen program. She is working towards creating a healing space for young women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse through her young non-profit, Restore Love. In her free time, Isabella enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Some of her favorite things to do are singing and country dancing, and she is always ready for an adventure, whether it be traveling or going on a beautiful hike in the Arizona mountains!
