Isabella Bryant
Catholic Integrative & Trauma-informed Life Coach
Isabella Bryant is a certified Integrative and Trauma-Informed Life Coach, trained through the Arizona Trauma Institute and Brya Hanan, LMFT, as an Integrative Catholic Coach. She works with female clients ages 14–30 using an integrative, trauma-informed and somatic-based approach to help them move beyond anxiety, depression, unwanted sexual behaviors, and past abuse.
Isabella specializes in guiding adolescent and young adult women through a five-step healing process that builds self-regulation, identity, vision, behavioral freedom, and resilience. With a gentle yet honest approach, she creates a safe space where her clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
Rooted in her Catholic faith, Isabella sees each woman as a beloved daughter of God with a unique purpose. Her own healing journey from childhood trauma fuels her passion to walk alongside others in theirs.
A proud Arizona native and the fourth of eight siblings, Isabella brings joy, energy, and authenticity to all she does. She’s a devoted aunt, former Live Action team member, and active Life Teen core leader at St. Timothy Catholic Church. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her singing, dancing, hiking, or chasing the next big adventure.
