Dear clients,
I am writing to you today to share some important news about a professional development. After working at Witness to Love Family Counseling Services for just over two years, my last day will be October 8th. I have accepted a new position at Gloria Deo Counseling and I plan to continue counseling there, under the supervision of Karen Williams, LPC and owner. The decision was made after careful consideration. This new role affords me the opportunity to work closer to home and added time to explore continuing education programs.It has been a joy and privilege to work with you, and I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition for your care. If you desire to continue our work together, I would be honored to have you as a client at the new practice. My new office is located at 4050 E. Greenway Road Suite 3 in Phoenix, Arizona and can be reached at 602-888-1812, after October 3rd. I plan to address any fee, policy, and transition questions, with each of you in session or over the portal, as requested. In the case that you prefer to transition to another provider at Witness to Love, I will be glad to coordinate with your new therapist to ensure a seamless handover of your care. If you wish to seek services elsewhere, I can also provide you will a list of referrals. Please know that I have thoroughly enjoyed working with and getting to know each of you and that I deeply respect the intentional work, which went into the counseling process for you. I wish each of you the best, as you continue your path forward. You have developed significant insights and strengths, which will continue to serve you well.

Self Pay Rate (50 minute session): $145

Can accept most plans under AETNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Solidarity Healthshare

LAC’s cannot accept United Healthcare or Optum plans
